Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely! All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. We do not hire anyone unless they are trustworthy and have a clean record.

What services do we NOT do?

For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (bodily fluids, drug paraphernalia, etc.), infestations (bugs, pests, etc.), climb/use second story ladders, etc.

What areas do you service?

We provide service to clients throughout the Newtown, Upper & Lower Makefield and Northampton Townships areas. Not sure if we service your area? Contact us!

What should I do to prepare for my cleaning service?

We ask that you please pick up any personal items, such as clothing or toys, to allow our team to clean efficiently.

Can I schedule a one-time deep cleaning for my home?

Absolutely! This is a great option for special events, move-ins/outs, or just a seasonal refresh.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes, we use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for pets, children, and the environment. If you have any specific product preferences, we can accommodate them as well.

What is your 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy?

If you're not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within hours of your clean! We will come out and re-clean as soon as we can at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

How often should I schedule a cleaning service for my home?

We recommend regular cleanings based on your lifestyle and needs. Weekly or bi-weekly services are popular for busy households, while monthly cleanings may be sufficient for homes with fewer occupants.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products, and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access to their home or office, and we ensure a secure and professional service. We’ll leave everything spotless by the time you return.
